Hilton Garden Inn Hershey

I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn, especially from Vicky, Amanda, and Sheina. From the moment we checked in, Ms. Vicky was absolutely amazing. Traveling with kids can be a lot, and she immediately made us feel welcome by directing my children to the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar, plus popcorn, cookies, and even coloring pages. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly made my kids’ day. After our interaction with Ms. Vicky, my 8-year-old son looked at me and said, “This hotel deserves 5 stars for their hospitality.” And honestly, he was absolutely right. On top of that, I had overstretched my Achilles tendon and was in a great deal of pain. Despite my limited mobility, I still wanted to grab a salad, and Amanda didn’t hesitate for a second to help me out. Her kindness and attentiveness meant more than she probably knows. Later, while struggling to get ice to help with the pain, Sheina noticed and immediately stepped in to assist me. I didn’t even have to ask, she simply saw a need and helped. After spending the entire day supporting my kids at basketball games while in a lot of pain, the compassion and care shown by these amazing women truly made this momma feel seen, supported, and appreciated. They didn’t think twice about helping, and I am so incredibly grateful. This is hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Vicky, Amanda, and Sheina, you made a tough day so much better.

Decent spot to stay near Hershey. Comfortable stay and nice staff. Bed was comfortable enough, generally seemed clean. Took one star off because I was a little concerned about how hygienic the blankets were. They were comforters only halfway covered by duvets? To my knowledge, hotels clean the sheets and duvet covers regularly but the actual duvets are cleaned less often… hoping they clean the whole duvet between each stay since it’s not actually kept in a duvet cover lol

A through and through four star hotel. Location is perfect, super close to Hershey Park and Hershey within a 10 minute drive but you dodge all of the chaos of staying at one of the more closer hotels. This is a great spot as less angry seven-year-olds are running around on sugar highs but still quite a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice and spacious however, housekeeping was a bit lacking as they forgot to change the shower gel for the duration of my stay. Otherwise, Beas were rather comfy and rooms were quiet. Fitness center needs a lot of help, two treadmills one bike, one right rack that goes up to 50 pounds. Will definitely stay here again when doing business in the Hershey area.

Huge thank you to Alyssa at the front desk. She handled two separate room issues with patience and kindness and ultimately got us into a third room that’s perfect. She remained calm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.

We recently stayed at the hilton garden inn near hershey park. We would like to send a very special shout out to the restaurant staff and especially to Jose who "ROCKED" our service. We were very placed with our stay and hotel staff. We did have address a maintenance need and request additional bedding for our families stay. However I don't see any need to drop the stars for the review. We will return during our next visit to the park !!!

The hotel staff was SO kind and accommodating. They gave our pup lots of pets and Russelle made the best scrambled eggs ever at the breakfast! Only improvement I can recommend is a carpet and bathroom update.

A nice place near several shopping centers with restaurants and essentials, plus a gas station. No breakfast included with your stay, but they have a small 'restaurant'. Prices were a little high for a generic hotel dining area but the food was good and nice portions. Staff were great and friendly. The sundries area was well stocked but several items were expired by a lot like the goldfish. Rooms were very clean which was a huge bonus. Comes with complimentary kcups, a little microwave and small fridge. Beds were a bit hard but sturdy and linens were fresh and clean. Our tub didn't hold water and the shower head had a few errant streams of water that soaked the toilet and mirror after a shower, even with the curtain completely closed. Plentiful hot water though and excellent water pressure. Hotel has several amenities like a gym, atm, and fireplace in the lobby with seating hang-out area. Would stay here again.
